We do not accept returns on any products that have been altered in any way. All returned items must be in resalable condition, including all original tags and packaging. Products purchased as Clearance are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods. The Refund and Returns Request Form can be completed and submitted online. After submitting the form, you will receive an email with a Return Authorization (R/A) Number and instructions for returning your item.

Please note that issuance of an R/A Number does not guarantee credit. Returned products will be inspected upon receipt, and credit will be issued only upon approval.
